Table S004

Vacation Control

Days per Full Month

The number of days considered for the full work month of the employee, for vacation calculation purposes.

For each worked year, the employee is entitled to take 22 work days off, which corresponds to vacation, except in admission and dismissal periods, when they are paid 2 days per complete month of work, with a minimum of 6 days per year.

Therefore, for admission and dismissal years, when the entitled vacation days must be accounted for by full work month, you must check the employee's absences each month. To determine whether the month is considered full for vacation purposes, the number of days must be greater than the number entered in this field.

Paym. Percentage

The vacation subsidy amount corresponds to a percentage of the employee's wage, which must be entered in this field.
