Health and Dental Care Calculation
It automatically calculates the employee's deduction and the company's share of Health and Dental Care according to the salary range or age group of the employee and dependants.
There are two (2) configuration models for this benefit:

Simplified Model: Calculation by value and salary range, plus a deduction per dependant. |

Complete Model: Calculation by salary range and age group, which allows the benefit to be extended to dependants and household members. |
 Important:
To perform the calculation, you must configure the parameters in the Benefits tab: Health Care

Health Care Type (RA_TIPAMED): it defines whether the deduction is based on Salary range or Age Group. This field is enabled when the parameter MV_ASSIMED is 2 (complete model). |

Health Care Code (RA_ASMEDIC): According to the code selected above, the system selects the table by Salary Range or Age Group. |

Health Care Dependants (RA_DPASSME): it defines the number of dependants covered by health care. |

When accessing the employee's register, the system checks the MV_ASSIMED parameter content and updates which query of the Health Care Code it uses by default. |
Dental Care

Dental Care Type (RA_TPASODO): it defines whether the deduction is based on Salary range or Age Group. |

Dental Care Code (RA_ASODONT): According to the code selected above, the system selects the table by Salary Range or Age Group. |
