Definitions Folder
In this folder, data defining and identifying the formula, giving it a name.
Procedures
Defining formulas:
| 1. | In Definitions, enter data according to the following instructions: |
| • | Code |
Enter the code identifying the formula, using letters and/or numbers.
| • | Formula Desc. |
Enter formula description and its main functionality. The more objective the description is, the easier is understanding will be in the location.
| • | Return |
Select a result for the formula, usually a mnemonic. This information is optional.
| • | Formula Note |
Describe the additional information, with more formula details, suggesting examples, etc.
| 2. | After entering fields, check and confirm them. |
| 3. | Fill out data from the Creation folder. |
