History

The History option of Contract Maintenance displays registrations of maintenance carried out in contracts of each employee, such as hiring, renewals and contract end.

The contract history stores information automatically, at each amendment/renewal of contract , and must be used only for queries or for maintenance of information unduly generated.

Procedures

Viewing contract history per employee:

1. In Contract Renewal/Amendment, click History.

The contract history register screen is displayed, allowing query or amendment.

2. To consult history of other employees, use navigation buttons on the bottom of the screen:
> and < - advances and returns to a single employee's registration according to data organization index of employee register;
>> and << - advances and returns to the last and first registration, respectively, according to data organization index of employee register;.
3. Check the desired data and confirm to return.
4. The following options are also available:
