Editing Formulas
The Editing Formulas option can only be enabled for fields Result, 1st Expression, and 2nd Expression.
When enabled, the system displays a list of tables and respective fields, mnemonics, functions, formulas and constant that can be used in the maintenance of items of edited formula.
Procedures
Editing formulas:
| 1. | By enabling Editing Formulas, the system displays the maintenance window, divided into the following areas: |
| • | Information folder (a) |
It displays the folder containing necessary information to edit and alter a formula. listing:
| • | Content of information folder (b) |
As soon as an option of area (a) is selected, the respective information/fields are displayed in this other area (b), allowing the selection or alteration of information.
| • | Search options and results (c) |
In this area, you can search the required information, and it will be modified according to the type of information selected in area (a).
| 2. | Select the required options and enter the information according to field help instructions and this Help On-line. |
| 3. | Confirm it. |
