Process Log
The Process Log option of Contract Maintenance displays the log files registering all maintenance carried out in contract(s) according to the definition of option Replaces Log/Adds Log, of contract amendment/renewal.
Each amendment or renewal of contract processed in log with maintenance details.
Log file model:
The log file contains the result of renewal/amendment batch processing. Displays registrations processed correctly as well as those not processed. The reasons hindering the processing of each employee are informed.
Format |
The log file's name follows the following pattern: LOG_RENEWAL_YYYYMMDD_HHmmSS.##R, where: YYYY - Year of processing date MM - Month of processing date DD - Day of processing date HH - Hour of processing mm - Minutes of processing SS - Second of processing |
Location |
Saved in printing Spool, allowing you to consult them at any time, locating the desired file. |
Procedures
Viewing process log:
| 1. | In Renewal/Amendment of contracts, click Process Log. |
The last contract renewal/amendment processing file generated is displayed.
| 2. | Conclude the view to return to the contract window. |
