Definition of Rules for Bill Composition

You must determine the bill's definition rules in this option.

Procedures

Defining bills:

1. Click Define Bills.
2. In the Items Available for Selection area, select the items and click for them to be transferred to the Items Selected for Generation area.

Tip:

Use the feature to select the item for generation or to exclude a selected file.

 

3. In the Information for Searching the Selected Items area, determine the data for finding the selected item, using the following features:
File
Date Field for the Filter
Filter
4. In the Employee Register Filter (SRA) area, define the filter for selecting the data during bill generation by using the Filter field.
5. Check the data and confirm.
