Role
In this field, you must select the employee's function, that is, within the company, define the main activity performed by this employee.
Through the function, it is possible to link a salary range , which can automatically fill out the Salary field of this register, as long as MV_FUNCARG parameter is defined as F (Role), which is the system default.
Otherwise, if it is defined as C (Position), the employee's salary is defined by the Salary Range Table in the Positions and Salaries module.
When the employee's role is changed, the system verifies the configuration of MV_ALTSAL parameter:
| • | S (Yes) - it automatically changes the C.B.O. (Brazilian Occupation Code) and the employee's salary according to the Roles Register. |
| • | N (No) - the Salary field is not filled out and must be manually entered. |
