Calculation Performance

When the MV_SPGP120 parameter is configured as .T.(true), there is a new procedure for selecting and saving employee information and Monthly Entries (SRC) in the Year-to-Date (SRD) table, since this configuration optimizes the data saving method in this table.

Important:

This procedure is applicable only to systems using the following databases: MSSQL7®, Oracle®, DB2® and Informix®.

If a field with the same suffix is created in these two tables, the content of this field is automatically queried in Monthly Entries for Year-to-Date fill-out during monthly closing.

Example:

If the fields RC_ID and RD_ID both exist in the SRC and SRD tables, respectively, of Monthly Entries, the RC_ID field must be filled out manually.

When carrying out the Monthly Closing, the RC_ID filed content is automatically stored in the RD_ID field.

Upon completing the Monthly Closing process, a log is issued, informing the routine's processing time and the inconsistencies found during its execution.

Important:

Fields created with the same name in the SRC - Monthly Entries and SRD - Year-to-Date tables must have the same structure.
If some fields are created in the SRC - Monthly Entries table but not in the SRD - Year-to-Date table, the system issues a warning message.
Once the MV_SPGP120 parameter is configured, the system runs an internal procedure which disables the GP120NXTREG and GP120INC entry points for the differentiated selection of employees and data saving in the Year-to-Date - SRD table.
