Creation Folder

The formula structure must be actually included in this folder, using all described concept for that.

Procedures

Creating formulas:

1. In the Creation folder, the formula structure is displayed in two distinct areas:
2. The left area highlights items included in the formula structure.

In this area each line is identified according to the formula items:

- Formula description - it is always the first item, as informed in the Definitions.
- Condition Item
- Bound Item
 -Execution Item

With that, as the items are given maintenance, this structure is also updated and modified, enabling the following options:

- Add an Condition [F5]
- Add a Bound [F7]
- Add an Execution [F6]
Edit formula [F8] - Allows the editing of an existent item.
Search - Allows the search of items in structure, entering the search sequence.
Copy - Allows the copy of a certain structure item. When copying an item, its sub-items are also copied. When an item is copied, the item's caption is modified to .

You can cancel this option only by means of popup window You can Cancel Copy, option of Clear menu.

Paste - Allows pasting an copied or cut item.
Also available in popup window, by means of menu Paste Copy or Paste Cut.
Cut - Allows moving a certain structure item and also its sub-items

You can cancel the cut item by using the popup window. You can Cancel Cut, option of Clear menu.

Delete formula current sequence - Allows deleting a certain structure item. When deleting an item, its sub-items are also deleted.

The options can be enabled by the popup window displayed when right-clicking the highlighted area of the formula, when placed.

In the right area, the description of each formula is displayed:

Through this area, the formula items are given maintenance, considering the formula structure definitions and using the following options:

3. The structure items are displayed in series, respecting the way these items were included.

When including an item (condition, bond, execution) the system asks in what level it must be created, if:

New Item - The system creates a new item in the same level of the item in which it is placed.
Sub-item - The system creates a new item in the level below of the item in which it is placed.

For both, the inclusion of item is below the placed item, always after its respective sub-items.

4. After entering the formula creation, check data and confirm them.
