Service Sale Register Addition (RVS)

The Service Sale Addition integration (RVS Addition) aims at generating the lots as well as sending to Siscoserv data of a addition of a service sale register that has already been registered previously. It will consider as additions the services that are linked to a Register after it is properly registered at Siscoserv.

Procedures

To generate Service Sale Register Addition (RVS):

To have a register entered at Register maintenance with status of Registered at Siscoserv.
Modify this register and save it.

 

1. At Int. SISCOSERV, at the Addition to Service Sale Register menu, select the Not Sent option and then click on Generate File Lot.
2. On the screen it will show, click Next.
3. Select the addition and click Next.
4. Click Finish.

 

To send the Service Sale Register Addition (RVS):

1. At Int. SISCOSERV, at the Addition to Service Acquisition Register menu, select the Not Sent option and then click on Generate File Lot.
2. On the screen it will show, click Next.
3. Confirm the information dispatch and click Next.
4. Click Finish.

 

To process Service Sale Register Addition (RVS):

1. At Int. SISCOSERV, at the Addition to Service Acquisition Register menu, select the Integrated option and then click on Process.
2. On the screen it will show, click Next.
3. Confirm the information dispatch and click Next .
4. Select the lots and click Next.
