Personnel Management

The Personnel Management module is part of Microsiga Protheus®. Its purpose is to control and automate activities regarding personnel management, such as payroll, taxes included in the payroll, vacation, contractual termination and annual duties.

In order to answer the needs of the different countries in which it is used, it is localized for each country. This localization considers the legal definitions, taxes and procedures that apply in each country.
