Questionnaires
This routine constitutes a set of questions and alternatives that are part of a research.
Questions and/or groups and/or sub-groups of questions previously registered must be in this register. Questionnaires can be divided into themes; questions that present results in its answers, for example, socioeconomic, cultural, satisfaction etc. This type of questionnaire classifies respondent in a specific group.

Questionnaires can be associated only to one research, but researches can be associated to many questionnaires.
Procedures
To add questionnaires:
| 1. | In Questionnaires, select Add. |
| 2. | Fill out fields according to help field. |
| 3. | Following options are in menu: |
| • | To Preview - it allows you to view questionnaire in Web format, before it is finished. |
| • | Knowledge - it allows you to link external documents to research. |
| 5. | Select them as you need. |
| 6. | After configuring questionnaire data, check and confirm them. |
