Text Research

Text Research enables you to search for finished or pending texts, contents used to compile documents, text fields or localization tools.

Procedures

To research text:

1. Access Text Research.

System displays window to configure data to search text.

You can select it in Localization tools, Text fields or in Titles. Research criteria can be Finished Documents or All Documents

2. Configure: Selection or Criteria.
3. Enter word to research in field available text.
4. Click Research.

You have other options:

• Document Register - To view documents detail.
• View Document - To view document content.

Important:

To research more than one word, separate them with ; or : . Example:

• ; (semicolon) – Example.: PALAVRAX;PALAVRAY: in this case, System will search for PALAVRAX OR PALAVRAY. If words are found, document is selected.
• : (colon) Example.: PALAVRAX:PALAVRAY: in this case, System will search for PALAVRAX AND PALAVRAY in the same line. If words are found, document is selected.
