E-mail warning

This routine enables you to send e-mails to other users/departments/branches.

You can send e-mails to many users and departments at the same time by filling out fields required.

Procedures

To send e-mail warnings:

1. On maintenance window E-mail Warning, fill out fields according to field help instructions.
2. Check and confirm them.
3. By finishing, system displays message: Sending e-mail.
