Temporary Absence
This routine is used to control user temporary absence for a predetermined period. You can choose substitute users for each stage/pending item and define dates to start and finish absence.
Temporary Absence will be valid only for users that already have documents in pending stage by updating QD1 table - Pending Document. Example: document in typing which People in Charge responsibility matrix is fulfilled will not be damaged in any document preparation stages. An alternative to define user with temporary absence is through User Transfer/Pending Items. |
