Folder Options

Configure mandatory fields to add JPG, BMP or PDF Document and system displays list of routines. Each one is identified by shortcut option corresponding to information on document in register.

Option with respective functions are displayed:

•	Review Motive

•	Critics - it is displayed after document preparation.

•	Change Request

•	Finish Document

•	Let Document Pending

•	To Return Document - it is displayed after document preparation.

To add document, you must define: People in Charge, Addressees, Document and Review Motive.

Then you can Finish Document.
