Operations on Invoice
This routine make possible to query, edit and cancel invoices issued by the Service Pro-Forma Invoice (SIGAPFS) among other functionalities.

Other Features on the browse
In the access to this routine, view the invoices registered on screen. In Other Actions some options are available, such as:
| ► | Query + Filter per Case: This option facilitates the query of invoices issued by client group, client/store and case. |
| ► | Cancel: Upon cancellation of the invoice a screen is shown allowing the user to point the reason for cancellation. After canceling the invoice the receivable bills are written off with reason CNF (invoice cancellation without banking transactions). If the invoice is generated from a pro-forma invoice, it returns to Analysis status for the required adjustments. |
When the canceled invoice is multipayer, only after canceling the first invoice the system shows the option to Cancel the invoices of other payers. If only part of the invoice is canceled, the pro-forma invoice will have status Issue Invoice/Approved only for the user to be able to reissue, giving a discount/addition or register correction, but transactions are not changed. The pro-forma invoice returns to Analysis status, available for changes if the invoices of all payers are canceled.
| ► | Related Docs: The images generated for each invoice are provided in this button; usually the billing letter and the invoice report´s. Through the fields of the e-mail? column you can define whether or not the image is sent attached to the email, if the invoice is or is not sent by email. |
Upload: It allows to add other .PDF files related to the invoice to be sent by e-mail with the other images.
View: Positioning on one of the images, just click this button to display the .PDF file.
Unify: It gathers several images in a single .PDF document. In the fields of the Order column, you can set the order of each image in the unified .PDF file. To unify mark the desired images and click this button.
| ► | Remake: Remake the billing letter images and invoice report images to include any changes made after the issuance of the invoice, or remake to record the image on the system, if a problem occurred in the recording during invoice issue. You can also remake the payment slip and configure print settings equal to those available at the time of invoice issue. |
| ► | Conf. Report: It allows viewing and/or printing of debts conference report, usually used for fixed payments invoices in order to check the time sheets that were linked to it. |
| ► | Send via e-mail: It allows the sending of invoices by e-mail, provided the field sending e-mail of the invoice is completed. It is necessary to have also a Configuration e-mail registered with the configuration message to be sent and the parameters MV_RELSERV, MV_RELACNT, MV_RELPSW and be configured. |
| ► | Bills: Searches the bills generated in the Financial for the invoice selected. |
Procedures
To make changes to an invoice:
| 1. | In Operation Invoice, select the invoice you want. |
| 2. | Click Edit and notice some of the fields to make changes: |
Due Date – When editing due date, it is adjusted on the receivable bill, only if the invoice is issued in only one installment and if the bill is not written off. In case of having more than one invoice the adjustment is allowed for billing letter, but this adjustment must also be made on Finances. It is necessary adjust the billing letter image for the change to be considered.
Invoice Text – Text for printing the invoice report, if so configured by the client.
Calc Avail Vl - Determines whether the invoice amount should be considered in the calculation of the limit value, if any.
Invoice Type - Example: Success, Hired, etc.
Rep. Lang. Code - Invoice report language.
Inv. Rep. Type - Invoice report model.
Invoice Type - Example: Success, Contractor etc.
For the changes made in the invoice to take effect in the cover and in the invoice report, you remake both images. |

Other Features access by the Invoice
| ► | Writing: Enables the writing used on the invoice to be replicated to the register of cases. |
| ► | Invoice Contracts Tab: It shows contracts linked to the invoice with the sum of the amounts per contract. |
| ► | Invoice Cases Tab: It shows cases linked to the invoice with the sum of the amounts per case. It is possible to change the wording of the case only. |
