Benefits - Health Plan
The Has Health Plan (RA_PLSAUDE) field is always readable, not only when there is benefit criteria record registered, with binding entries.
By changing the Has Health Plan field the existence of Active Plan (RHK table) records is checked for this employee and, if found, a message is displayed, not allowing to change this field to No.
The Active Plan existence is checked as it follows:
- There must be a record on the RHK table.
- The System data base must be contained on the validity period of the Health Plan.
If both conditions above are met, is considered that the employee has a health plan and, in that case, the field cannot be changed to No.
In case of employees (benefits tab) the “Health Plan” (RA_PLSAUDE) field is available that indicates if the employee has health plan or not.
This field will be readable to the user when:
| 1. | There is a hierarchy configuration registered for “Health Plan” (Updates -> Benefits -> Automatic Calculation -> Benefit Criteria) |
| 2. | The Health Plan Register (table “SJX – Plans for Employees”) is completed. |
If one of the conditions above is not met, the field will not be readable.
