Role

In this field, you must select the employee's function, that is, define the main activity performed by this employee.

Use the role to associate a salary range, which can automatically fill out the Salary as long as the MV_FUNCARG parameter is defined as F (Role), which is the system default.

If the MV_FUNCARG parameter is defined as C (Position), the employee's salary is automatically defined by the Salary Range Table in the Positions and Salaries module.
