Employee Blocking
When employee is selected for maintenance, his information will be in file containing dates/hours of blocking in case person in charge of planning chose blocking.
If employee is blocked for determined O.S. he will not be selected for other maintenance or, if he is an specific employee, a register in files containing errors occurred in maintenance plan is generated.
When system searches for employee with any specialty, it evaluates availability based on this file.
Procedures
To add Employee Blocking:
| 1. | In the Employee Blocking window, select Add. |
System displays Add screen.
| 2. | Fill out fields according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check data and confirm addition. |
