Main Fields and Controls
At first sight it is comprised of 3 sections: Header, Gantt of Tasks (Main Section) and S.O. information (Secondary Section)
| • | Header: The header is the section of the routine set apart to always provide, regardless of which section is viewed, the Service Order Number and such fundamental information as Plan, Priority, Service, Asset or Location, and the status of the O.S. at issue. |
| • | Gantt of Tasks: The Gantt of Tasks is the main component of the service order query routine, and it is responsible for laying out the projection of its respective tasks and inputs. Right-click the projection bars to view the details of each item in compact form, showing its status within the S.O., such as its estimated time and date. (This feature is also available by right-clicking the Tree to the left of the Gantt chart). Through the option Export the Gantt of Tasks found on the Gantt footer, you can export this chart to Microsoft Project provided it is installed on your workstation. |
The gantt of tasks is displayed with predicted and applied inputs subdivided in folders below the level of each task, separated by such input types as Specialization, Tool, Employee, Product or Third Parties.
The employees (MDO Input) predicted and applied in the S.O. are displayed in the Employee folder; however, if a Specialization is predicted and an employee having the specialization requested in the same task is applied, such employee is displayed in the Specialization folder.
Right-click an item on the tree to select it and View the date, estimated / accomplished time, as well as completion forecast and percentage finished.
The percentage finished is calculated in relation to estimated with accomplished. When the input is not predicted but only applied, the percentage finished is considered 100%. See below:
Formula : (Sum of conclusion percentages of selected item(s)) / number of item(s) => Conclusion Percentage.
Example:
6 UN Predicted of Bearing Product input and 3 UN Applied of this predicted input = 50%;
500 gr of Grease Applied (input not predicted) = 100%;
Applying the formula :
(50 % of first input + 100 % of second input) / 2 items = 75 % of Conclusion
The rule above does not apply when the input is of Labor Force type in the Specialization or Employee folders, where field Perc.MDO rules. E.g.: In case (TL_PERMDOE) exists, MDO use is predicted for 2 hours, and 30 minutes are applied with a specified task execution time of 50% (TL_PERMDOE = 50), then the projection is of 1 hour.
| • | S.O. information.: This section is initially disabled when the S.O. is queried. To enable it, select the S.O. Information option on the left side menu. Then the routine discloses further information on the queried service order. |
With subitem of this section:
| • | Registration Data: It is responsible for showing Service Order data, subdivided in three folders: General, Maintenance and Complements. The user fields are displayed in the Complements folder. |
| • | Costs: It contains Estimated x Accomplished relation information on the Service Order, as well as a comparison between the accomplished costs of the S.O. queried and the other accomplished costs of other Service Orders of the same service. It is comprised of three folders: |
| o | When you access the Estimated x Accomplished Inputs folder, the Agglutinate Tasks option used for clumping together (or separating, if clicked again) the costs of inputs of same type (e.g.: product) and same code (e.g.: 001), is enabled. |
| o | When you Access the Estimated x Accomplished Chart folder, the same information of the Estimated x Accomplished Inputs item is graphically displayed. |
| o | When you Access the S.O. Chart x History, the Period option used for defining a period for order searches in the history file, is enabled. With it you can select valid initial and final dates needed for your verification. |
| • | Service Request: With a functionality similar to that of Registration Data, it displays the Service Order information which originated the queried S.O. |
| • | Details: It displays the Estimated and Accomplished Inputs information of the S.O., as well as the Stages, Events, Delay Motives, Problems (e.g.: availabilities and obstructions) and Symptoms (only approved in environments having the TTC table). |
| • | ERP Information: It is responsible for displaying three items important for estimating the probable progress of the O.S., or even its expiration date. In it you can view the Inflow Documents, Purchase Requests and Warehouse Requests attached to the queried Service Order. This item is displayed whenever it is integrated with the Purchases and/or Inventory modules. |
| • | Print S.O.: Use the print option found in the secondary section to print the S.O. query. Through this option, the routine displays a report with all the information viewed onscreen, except for ERP and Task Gantt (main section) information. |
