Labor Force Level

This query displays in upper part of screen, code and name of employee along with available and forecasted hours and difference between them. At the bottom left of screen, board with all service orders of employee selected in upper part is displayed. You can view SO and information of available and forecasted hours. In query, screen in lower right part graphically represents labor force performance. For this chart, you can query subtitle. If it is in red, means time available was inferior to time forecasted/performed and in green means time available was superior to time forecasted/performed. This query purpose is to follow employee hours and be aware of employee performance.

Procedures

To query Labor Force Level:

1. Select Labor Force Level.

System displays screen to configure parameters.

2. Configure them according to field help instruction.

3. Check configuration and confirm query generation.
