Services
You can register the maintenance services that might be carried out by the system. During the registering of the maintenance to be performed by the System, the program requests the service code related to the maintenance. Therefore, a service related to an asset defines a maintenance to be performed.
When registering a maintenance service, the user must identify maintenance type and area related to the service. For a proper register identification, queries and reports in the Fleet and/or Vehicles lubrification/replenishment, the user can register a service, for example: REPL - REPLENISHMENT, LUBRIF - LUBRIFICATION.
Procedures
Adding a Service:
| 1. | On Asset, select Add. |
The system displays the addition screen.
| 2. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check the data and confirm addition. |
