Manual Fueling
The routine Manual Fueling records the typing of fueling invoices in the System. The invoice is entered in the System to perform the Manual Reconciliation between the documents delivered and the documents entered.
It displays the following information: invoice number, plate, code and description of the fleet, code, store, description and CNPJ of the station, fuel, request form number, date and time of the fueling operation, tank and pump (the fields are enabled if the station chosen is a internal station), quantity, unit value, total value, counter 1 or 2, trip code (used only when there is integration with the TMS module) schedule, code and name of the driver, date, time and counter 1 or supply two of the previous fueling, day variation, increase and average.
In the Current Dt. Fueling option you can filter fueling operations to see only those performed on the current date, according to the Fueling Dt. field. To return and display all registered fueling operations, click this option again.
Vehicle Range:
It is the amount of miles/hour that the vehicle can ride from a fueling operation to another according to the amount of fuel supplied.
Calculation of Range: amount filled x average consumption = range.
If the parameter MV_NGAUTON is enabled, it always checks the consistency of the vehicle range at the time of entering the fueling operation manually.
The parameter MV_NGPRAUT indicates the acceptable percentage of range variation (from 0 to 100). If a percentage greater than \"0\" is informed, the following example is considered.
Example:
Quantity supplied: 100
Average Consumption: 15
Range = 100 x 15 = 1500
MV_NGPRAUT: 10% = 1,500 x 0.10 = 150
Range with acceptable percentage: From 1,350 to 1,650, considering 150 as the acceptable percentage.
If you use an acceptable range percentage as the above example and the user enters a counter in the filling which km/hour is less than 1350 or greater than 1,650 from a filling to another, a message is displayed warning that the vehicle is out of the acceptable range.
If you do not use a range percentage and the user enters a counter in the filling which km/hour is greater than 1,500 from a filling to another, a message is displayed warning that the vehicle exceeded the range.
NOTE: The purpose of using the parameter MV_NGPRAUT is to identify some problems like:
| • | Leak |
| • | Fuel-siphoning |
| • | Excessive consumption |
Important:
| • | MV_NGMNTES indicates whether the asset maintenance module is integrated with the Inventory/Costs module. Enter Y=Yes or N=No. |
| • | MV_ESTHOME allows to control the stock of Internal Stations. Enter Y=Yes or N=No. |
| • | MV_NGMOTGE indicates the CPF of Generic driver. It is used for fueling that do not have predefined drivers. |
| • | MV_NGGERPRindicates whether the system must automatically generate Preventive Service Order, if after the reporting of the counter it identifies that the maintenance is due. Enter Y=Yes or N=No. |
| • | MV_NGMOTAB indicates which type of drivers can make fueling. 1= Person; 2=Third Party;3=Aggregated. |
| • | MV_NGTOLVL indicates the tolerance percentage for Invoice closing. |
| • | MV_NGMNTRH indicates whether the asset maintenance module is integrated with the HR. Enter Y = Yes (it has only its own employees and is integrated with HR), X = Yes (it is integrated with HR and has its own employees and others) or N = No (no integration with HR). |
| • | MV_NGPRSB2 indicates if searches for average price in table SB2 when integrated with inventory. Enter Y=Yes or N=No. |
| • | MV_NGAUTON indicates whether to check the consistency of the vehicle range. Contents: 1=Not checked; 2=Always checked (default, every routine reporting counters); 3=Checked only in filling routines. |
| • | MV_NGPRAUT indicates acceptable percentage of range variation. Percentage ranging from 0 to 100. |
