Satisfaction of Service Request

This routine purpose is to enable you to report satisfaction by answering services request that were answered as: satisfaction by answering needs and request on date.

Procedures

To send Alert of Open Service Request:

1. In Service Request, select Perform List/Work.
2. Select it and workflow is automatically sent to person performing request.
3. To correctly send warning, other routines must be previously registered. These routines must be checked in See more.
