Documents

This routine allows you to register and the code and description of the document and associate it to an event which may be an accident, theft or incident. This information will be used in the occurrence, through the routine Occurrence Additional Information, in the Documents tab.

Procedures

Adding a document:

1. In the Document window, select Add.

The Add screen is displayed.

2. Fill out fields according to field help instructions.
3. Check data and confirm the inclusion.
