Notifying Authorities

This routine allows registering the traffic tickets notifying authorities. This option is used in the Traffic Tickets register, in the traffic ticket register tab which defines the authority issuing the tickets.

Important:

In the event of integration with the Finance module, you must link it to the Notifying Authorities: the supplier, store and payment term, which serves as reference in the bill generation in Accounts Payable. After the integration, the fines inserted can only be paid through the SIGAFIN module, which updates the Fines File and can be viewed in Fines through the caption in the Payment folder. The Discount field is under responsibility of the Finance module as the System is updated after the write-off, if the bill is paid with the discount.

Procedures

Adding a notifying authority:

1. In the Notifying Authority, select Add.

The Add screen is displayed.

2. Fill out fields according to field help instructions.
3. Check data and confirm the inclusion.
