Service Orders

In this register you can make queries and check all service orders of forecasts compared with SO performed, follow-up of production orders and purchase requests generated from SO demand and its forecast to conclude it.

You can analyze service orders generated from same service.

Select Purchase Request and view all requests through inputs foreseen (products and third parties) of Service Order in case there is integration with purchase. You can also print purchase request.

Procedures

To query service order:

• Access Assets Maintenance or Fleet Management module and select Queries/Plans/Service Order.
