Gas Pump Measurement

This routine lets you assign, for a gas pump in an internal gas station, the employee in charge of the pump control, measurement date and time, and the amount of fuel consumed. The measurement must always be taken at the beginning of the pump operation and at the end.

Upon setting the MV_NGMNTAF parameter with 1=Yes, the Ending Time and Ending Position fields are not displayed in the addition, thus allowing the measurement to be added, fueling operations related to the gas pump to be performed and, through the Edit option, measurement time and ending position data to be added. The measurement status is revealed by the semaphore next to each record, green meaning Pending and red Closed.

The MV_NGMNTAF parameter indicates whether measuring the gas pump is required or not, in order to add a fueling operation with the same measurement.

Procedures

To add a Gas Pump Measurement:

1.	In the Gas Pump Measurement window, select Add.

The System displays the addition window.

2.	Fill out the fields according to field help instructions.

3.	Check the data and confirm the addition.
