Terminal x Pump
The routine Terminal x Pump makes a link between the station and the import transfer and supply routine; when selecting a station and choosing the option Conversion to/from it is possible to define the lower routine board used by the terminal.
The convoy station uses terminals to define from where it comes and where the fuel will enter, i.e., by this routine it is possible to link the tank and the pump to a specific terminal. This terminal will be linked to TXT Supply and Transfer files. The Transfer import file has five (5) columns with Extra information name, the purpose of these fields is to inform the terminal and the target pump station that related to the registered terminal and pump on this routine. The Conversion To/From defines the tank, pump and terminal related on the GTFleet import file. The parameter MV_NGDPST9 show if it can double the asset code between branches, for transfers and supply made by the TXT file work well it is required that the option 2=desired branch is set. |
Procedure
To link the tank and the pump to a specific terminal:
| 1. | In Terminal x Pump, press Conversion To/From. |
| 2. | Fill out information according to the help instructions. |
| 3. | Check data and click Confirm to link the tank and the pump to a specific terminal. |
