Registration Data
This tab contains the employee's personal identification fields, such as address, filiation, gender, marital status, nationality etc.
The main field is Registration Number.
The Chg. Addr., Chg. Name and Chg. Birth Dt. fields, which correspond to the employee's change of address, name and birth date, must be defined as Yes if any of these data have been changed during the month. If no change has been made, the system considers the content of these fields automatically as No upon Monthly Closing. |
