Dismissed Employee
The status 
- Dismissed is attributed to employees indicated in the Contract Termination process.
If the employee is dismissed, the system may block the employee, according to the definition in the MV_MSBLQL parameter:

It determines the blocking of employees from the SRA - Employees table when dismissed from the company by the Contractual Termination routine.
| • | F (false) |
It determines that employees are not blocked from the SRA - Employees table, when dismissed from the company by the Contractual Termination routine, keeping them available to be used in other Microsiga Protheus® routines.
The parameter's default content is T, that is, if it is not manually set, the system assumes employees are to be blocked when dismissed. |
