Closing

Use this routine to close service requests when there is no need to open a service order, that is, the problem for which it was opened was solved with no need for further resources.

If you need to open a service order for the request, you cannot close it through this routine, but only through service order termination in SO returns.

You can close requests not linked to service orders.

Satisfaction Survey Workflow

Sends a satisfaction survey on the service request to the S.R. requester. The sending of the Workflow directly depends on the setting of the MV_NGSSWRK parameter. If it is set as S, the workflow is sent after you select the Closing option.

Workflow related parameters:

- MV_NGWFHT: It indicates the IP and the Port for workflow HTTP communications.

- MV_NGWFLG: It indicates whether to generate a specific workflow processing log (0 - Disable; 1 - Enable).

With the setting of such parameters, you may choose to answer the survey via web browser.
