Pledged Vehicles

This routine allows you to register the vehicle with status Pledged when used as collateral in some debt. The pledged vehicle cannot be used in any movement in the System.

This routine displays the asset information, asset description, license plate, status (Pledged, Released from Pledge), vehicle designation date, suit filing date, name of plaintiff, lawyer, suit, value of the vehicle, type of suit (Civil, Labor, Tax, Credit Recovery), release date, suit value and description.
