Attendance Control Tab

The data in this tab allows controlling attendance records.

Note the following data:

• Although the initial sequence is not mandatory, it indicates the initial order of the default schedule table for the current shift.
• The Badge No. field is essential for reading records from the file generated by the attendance control clock.
• The annotation rule is defined in the Annot. Rule field.
• For the overtime calculated for the employee to be banked, use the Accr. Bank. Overtime field.
• The B. Overt. for Payroll field indicates that, for a certain employee, hours banked may be sent to Payroll.
