Branch Group
This routine assigns a code and a description for a group and it defines the person in charge of it. This group is associated with each branch of the System and it works as a reference for the target of management alert workflows, which can be configured from the product operating routines.
Procedures
Adding a branch group:
1. In the Branch Group register window, select Add.
The Add window is displayed.
2. Fill out data according to field help instruction.
3. Confirm register.
To manage Workflow:
| 1. | At Branches, click Add. |
The systema displays the screen with branches registered.
| 2. | Verify the User Type field and identify the user type to receive the workflow, which can be 1=User or 2=Contact. |
| 3. | Enter the employee registered, verifying if the email is properly dispatched. Place the pointer on the Process field and verify that it presents new processes for each user. To identify the correct functioning of all workflow processes, select the option 6=All, when there is not fleet management, select 1=Workshop. |
| 4. | After the process selection, the System displays the screen to select the Workflows to be sent, select all and Confirm. |
| 5. | Returning to the brach register screen, check data and Confirm. |
