Workflow Processes
This option is used to register the Processes used in Workflow aiming to track them.
Examples:
Release of Purchase Order
Generation of Quotation for Suppliers
Release of Payments
Release of Credit
Procedures
Registering Workflow Processes:
| 1. | In Workflow Processes, click Add. |
| 2. | Fill out the following fields: |
| • | Code: Process code. |
| • | Description: Process name. |
| • | Tables: Specifications of the tables used for the process. |
| • | Default Search: Code of the default search used to find a certain process. |
| • | .vsd File: Visio document file (process flow designed through Microsoft Visio). |
| 3. | Check data and confirm the inclusion. |
