Adding an Examination
Procedures
To add an Examination:
| 1. | In the window Medical Record Event, select the Medical Record and click Examination. |
A maintenance window is displayed
| 2. | Select Add. |
| 3. | You can add the result after the examination is performed. |
| 4. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
| 5. | Check the data and confirm inclusion. |
