Import GTFleet

The routine Import GTFleet allows to import txt files, as Fueling or Transfer Operation.

Important!

To import supply files is important to setup the parameter MV_NGMOTGE with the generic driver code.

The GTFleet Integration System works with two types of import:

 

Fueling Operation: The TXT file used for the fueling operation has ten (1) columns using TAB.

Date: relates to the supply date;
Time: relates to the supply time;
User: relates to the GTFleet system user;
Vehicle: relates to the vehicle to be fueled;
Odometer: relates to the position on the vehicle counter;
Liters: relates to the fueled amount;
Km Cov.: relates to the km covered;
Note: relates to the note;
Terminal: relates to the outflow fuel terminal;
Pump: relates to the outflow fuel pump.

 

Transfer: The TXT file used for the fueling operation has seventeen columns using TAB.

Date: relates to the supply date;
Time: relates to the supply time;
User: relates to the GTFleet system user;
Vehicle: relates to the support convoy station;
Odometer: relates to the position on the vehicle counter;
Liters: relates to the fueled amount;
Km Cov.: relates to the km covered;
Note: relates to the note;
Terminal: relates to the origin fuel terminal;
Pump: relates to the outflow fuel pump;
Hour Meter: relates to the position on the vehicle counter;
Extra Info 1: terminal or pump related to the target station;
Extra Info 2: terminal or pump related to the target station;
Extra Info 3: terminal or pump related to the target station;
Extra Info 4: terminal or pump related to the target station;
Extra Info 5: terminal or pump related to the target station;
Status: Enter the letter T, signalized as transfer.

Procedures

To import the fueling file:

1. In Import GFFleet, press Yes on the Edition message.
2. Select a fueling TXT file to be imported.
3. Press Save.
4. Press OK on the message on finishing Import.

 

To import the transfer file:

1. In Import GFFleet, press Yes on the Edition message.
2. Select a fueling transfer TXT file to be imported.
3. Press Save.
4. Press OK on the message on finishing Import.
