Tool Blockage
Tool Blockage is used when there is the expected need for tool exchange or stops for maintenance of resources (machines).
Blockage of tools and resources is considered to allocate Machine Load properly.
This routine enables you to enter the time and the days in which a tool or any number of the same tool remains unavailable, due to either maintenance, break, or other reasons.
Procedures
Adding tool blockage:
| 1. | In Tool Blockage, select Add. |
The System displays the add screen.
| 2. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check data and confirm them. |
