Cost by Asset
This report displays costs and service orders per asset.
Tip: The parameter Consider SO present the following options:

Released: List all Service Orders release and not finished, according to the selection of other parameters. |

Pending: List of all Service Orders that are pending and not finished according to the selection of the other parameters. |

Open: List all Service Orders with pending/release status and that are not finished according to the selection of other parameters. |

Finished: List all Service Orders with pending/released status, including those finished. |
The parameter Consider Fuel.? present the following:
If the option is YES, the other fields, date, hour, fuel, description, amount and total value must be filled out. With this parameter question you can follow up on all vehicle fueling events. |

To print EPC Cost:

Assets - Add an asset. In the Asset Categ. field, enter 1=Asset, 4=Fleet not integrated to TMS or 2=Fleet integrated to TMS, in the Has Accountant field enter option 2=Has Own Accountant. |

Check and confirm the data. |

In Asset Structure, click Add and enter the vehicle in the Code field and the second asset as a component. |

Check and confirm the data. |

In Service Stations, click Add and add a service station, linking it to the registered supplier. In the Service Station Type field enter option 2=Internal Service Station and, when you confirm it, add a negotiation and a price. |

In Manual Fueling, click Add and add a fueling event, linking it to the registered vehicle. |

Check and confirm the data. |

In Corrective, click Add and add a corrective service order for the vehicle. |

In Return, place the cursor on the registered service order and select Inputs. |
Enter an input of type P=Product, attaching it to the registered product.

In Reports access Asset. |
The system displays the parameter window for the report.

View the new filter called Consider Fueling Event?, select the YES option and fill out the rest of the data according to the registers created. |

Check the data and click Ok. |
View the report printing with the fueling events of the vehicle.
