Candidates
This routine enables to register candidates for members of CIPA for a certain term of office. The program makes available an option to automatically transfer an elected candidate to the table of Members of CIPA.
The routine also displays the Analyze Votes option for companies keeping the CIPA. When you access the routine and click Analyze Votes, the System fills out the Nr. of Title Holders and the Nr. of Surrogates fields with a suggested value calculated according to the number of active employees and the CNAE group of the company. For the System to suggest the numbers, you must move the cursor away from the Term of Office field (click another field).
The System allows you to edit the Nr. of Title Holders and the Nr. of Surrogates fields. When you confirm the numbers by clicking Calculate Votes, the system displays on the lower frame the candidates receiving the most votes, which you can instate as CIPA members.
You must have the TNN table configuration in shared mode and the SRA table in exclusive mode, besides having a register of companies (SIGAMAT.EMP) with several branches. |
Procedures
To add a Candidate:
| 1. | In Candidate, select Add. |
The Add screen is displayed.
| 2. | Fill out fields according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check data and confirm the addition. |
| 4. | For companies that uphold the CIPA, click the Analyze Votes option. In fields Nr. of Employees and Nr. of Substitutes, the system inputs a suggested value, calculated according to the number of active employees and the company CNAE group. |
For the system to suggest the numbers, click another field.
| 5. | The system allows you to edit the fields Nr. of Employees and Nr. of Substitutes. When you confirm the numbers by clicking Calculate Votes, the system displays, in the lower frame, the candidates most voted for, qualified to be instated as CIPA members. |
| 6. | Check data and confirm the addition. |
If the employee is fired and is a CIPA Candidate, the record is deleted. |
