Assets
This routine enables the registering of assets that have their maintenance controlled by the System. A registered asset in this file might be planned for several maintenance services.
Besides the basic and documentary features of each generating source, follow-up information are requested per accountant, in case of asset with this type of behavior, information on variable use according to seasonality pattern and the specific features of each asset. The specific features aims at providing a better knowledge of the equipment for the staff in charge of the maintenance. The program also enables the import of constant information of the modules Fixed Asset and PCP Control..
Assets Maintenance - Fleet Management
For the Assets Maintenance, focused on Fleet Management, this routine considers the parameters MV_NGPNEUS to treat more information that can be generated, as for instance, status the asset is, model type, category, purchase invoice, sales date, purchaser and sales invoice. It also considers the parameter MV_NGPNEUS to treat information related to assets when the System works with integration to module TMS (Transport Management). If the parameter of integration with the TMS is activate, the System displays a new folder (TMS).
In this routine, the parameter MV_NGPNEUS must be enabled. |
For the companies that do not use the Assets Maintenance integrated to TMS, a folder for information common to the modules was created: Vehicle Addition folder.
The routine also considers parameter MV_NGPNEUS, that indicates whether the company works with Tire Management. In this case, if the parameter is active, the system displays a new folder, Tire.
Features Folder - In this folder, asset features as well as the details of each feature and the unit are listed.
Use the key [Arrow Down] to list more than one feature. |
Spare Parts Folder - In this folder, the spare parts for the asset are listed. Important information can be managed through this folder, such as amount, importance of the part, and warranty control.
Use the key [Arrow Down] to list more than one spare part. |
TMS Folder - In this folder, specific information about transportation assets is registered, such as trucks and trailers of several axles and models. This folder is integrated with TMS (Transportation Management) module. Thus, modules are updated at the same time.
Tire Folder - In this folder, specific information about tires is registered. Important information can be managed through this folder, such as measurement code, current tire groove, date and time of groove measurement, code of current tire tread, and DOT (week and year of tire manufacture).
The mileage covered in all tire treads is also managed because tire can be retreaded for four times. Thus, the history of each retread is kept.
The License Plate field enables relationship between tire and vehicle. If the system is configured to work with Standard Scheme, Asset Structure can be built automatically when license plate, axle number, axle type and tire position are entered.
Vehicle Complement Folder - In this folder, specific information about transportation assets is registered, such as trucks and trailers of several axles and models. If integration with TMS module is not used, this folder was created to keep some information essential for the vehicle, such as license plate, tank capacity, mileage per liter, vehicle year and model, chassis, renavam, and license plate city
Generating Source - Environmental Management Module
For Environmental Management, module, the asset is considered as possible residues generating sources. A generating source registered in this routine might be considered in the planning of several maintenance services. Besides the basic and documentary features of each generating source, follow-up information are requested per accountant, in case of asset with this type of behavior, information on variable use according to seasonality pattern and the specific features of each asset. Integration between Environmental Management with Asset Maintenance is automatically. No parameter is configured.
