Change SO Status
This routine purpose is to change status of service orders which service is about follow-up concept by enabling Follow-up=Yes in routine to register service (ST4).
Initial browser displays all SO with status different from in process. Change SO status to performing and it changes from SO status change to browser to release SO with status of performing.
After previous steps, you can add service orders by adding correction of SO and adding preventive SO and planning. These programs check if SERVICE is follow-up concept. If it is and service order is in pending situation it saves type of status and waits for programming.
Procedures
To change SO Status

System displays screen with all SO in pending situation.
| 2. | Select SO and click Change Status. |
| 3. | Screen to change status is displayed. Enter motive of change if necessary. |
| 4. | When Status is changes for Performing, it changes from SO status change to browser to release SO with status of performing. |
| 5. | Click Ok to confirm. |
