Transfers

The Transfer routine allows to transfer fuel between fixed and convoy fuel stations, making transfers between branches of the same company with an internal type station. Next to making fuel product transfers between warehouses (tanks), the routine increments the origin station pump counter and makes a copy of Negotiation Price for the target station according to the definition of parameter MV_NGPRSB2.

Important!

The upper board allows to choose if the transfer will move stock or not through the field Reason. Each transfer received a status by field Status, the options are 1=Regular, 2=Reversed or 3=Not in stock.

For the option 1=Regular, is necessary the transfer reason moves stock. The on-screen caption will turn green.
The option 2=Reversed, is used when the transfer record is reversed. The on-screen caption will turn red.
For the option 3=Not in stock, is necessary the transfer reason does not move stock. The on-screen caption will turn gray.

When entering origin station and target station information, the lower board is populated with the data from these two stations, warehouse (tank) code and stock fields.
