Physical Inventory Discrepancy - Accounting

This query displays the discrepancies between the measurement and the current inventory (accounting) taking into account the measurement date, quantity and value of the fuel in the tank, quantity and value of the balance in stock. The constant inventory at the pumps will allow frequent monitoring of the balance of fuel in the tank, compared to the balance of fuel in inventory (accounting), and provides information to the area manager to take measures that will increase the accuracy of inventories.

Procedures

To use the query Query Physical Inventory Discrepancy - Accounting:

1. In the Inventory Discrepancy query window, the program displays the parameters screen.

2. Enter the internal station fields, store and fuel.

3. Configure them according to the field help instructions.

4. Select the parameters and confirm printing.
