The consent form is a written document aimed at presenting the clauses to ensure that the user is aware of their responsibilities and the company's responsibilities, the rules for using the system, the privacy of their personal data, among other information.
When the consent form is configured for the company, each user will only be able to access the Identity resources if the form is accepted. If the form is declined, the user is redirected to the login screen, and the form will continue to be presented during subsequent authentications until it is accepted.
Furthermore, each time the document linked as the consent form is modified, it will be presented again for user acceptance.

The consent form is a document configured by the company's administration. Instructions for configuring the form can be found in the Data and Privacy documentation.
After uploading the consent form, it will not be possible to remove it, only to modify it. |
