This feature is available from release 12.1.33 onwards.

The Home menu lets you select the views you have registered, displaying previously registered cards and charts onscreen.

02. EXAMPLE OF USE

Practical example of the process using Protheus

1) Click the list to select the view you want to display:


2) After selecting the view desired, the Analysis Dashboard displays the cards and charts registered in the corresponding view:


Registering help for the card:

  1. Click the menu Manage Cards.
  2. Click Edit to select the card in which you want to enter the help.
  3. In field Card Help, enter the description desired.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click the Home menu.
  6. Click the title of the card edited.

To check details on the data displayed by a card, just click the Details button of the card for the dashboard to display the items that compose the card in detail:


To add a Card filter, just click the button 'Filter':

If you have not added a filter, the card displays the data in accordance with a default filter configured by the administrator. If you have added a filter, the card displays the data with your filter and the default filter (if any).

If the card has a default filter and you want to delete it, just click the tags of the default filter and add the new filter:

Registering help for the chart:

  1. Click the menu Manage Charts.
  2. Click Edit to select the chart in which you want to enter the help.
  3. In field Chart Help, enter the description desired.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click the Home menu.
  6. Click the title of the chart edited.


To check details on the data displayed by a chart, just click the Details button of the chart for the dashboard to display the items that compose the chart in detail:


To add a Chart filter, just click the button 'Filter':

If you have not added a filter, the chart displays the data in accordance with a default filter configured by the administrator. If you have added a filter, the chart displays the data with your filter, overriding the default filter (if any).

To export the data from a Card or Chart to Excel:

  1. Select the Card or Chart you want to export and click Details.
  2. Click Export.
  3. Select whether you want to export only the data displayed onscreen or the full system data:
