02. DESCRIPTION

The entry point CTB102RT is used to return the off-line apportionments value, and is executed during the Choose On-Line Apportionments function. 

With CTB102RT, it's possible to ensure that the allocation values are available and applied correctly, offering greater flexibility for controlling and validating the apportionments processes, whether they are performed off-line or on-line, according to the company's needs.
